Mission and vision

tradicijaWhen in 1974, Ivan Žganjer, a young returnee from work in Germany, opened buffet Lovcu, he did not intend to work in hospitality business all his work life and his lifetime. However, over time, there has been a constant rise of business and expansion, and a growing number of regular and satisfied guests. Over 40 years of listening to the needs and wishes of our guests and market conditions, new vision, mission and objectives of the Restaurant have been created.

Mission

The basic purpose of the restaurant – providing food and drinks – to provide to our guests in a manner that will surpass their expectations, by providing a top quality food and unique experience which is a blend of traditional and contempory.

Vision

To be the place where guests, regardless of a motive for their visit, enjoy in homemade food prepared in traditional way from ingredients supplied by proven domestic producers, in compliance with the highest European standards for hygiene and service, in both relaxed and family atmosphere, as well as professional.
